Due to the digital nature of educational products and the immediate or rapid initiation of course processing/delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds shall be provided once:
- An order has been successfully placed
- Course processing has been initiated
- Login credentials or access details have been issued
- Digital delivery has been initiated through PenDriveWala or authorized course partners
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that accurate course selection, email address, phone number, and other required information are provided at the time of purchase.
PenDriveWala shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect customer information.
However, in exceptional cases involving:
- Duplicate payment
- Verified payment failure where amount is deducted but order is unsuccessful
the matter may be reviewed solely for payment reconciliation purposes.
PenDriveWala reserves the absolute right to review and decide such cases.
